Text AviPrep
Your flight schedule, by text message.
Text AviPrep the way you would text the front desk. It checks the airplane and the instructor, writes back what it found, and changes nothing until you reply YES.
AviPrep texting number
(814) 802-3367Texting is optional. You can use AviPrep without it. To opt in, add your mobile number and check the consent box on the signup form below (or under Settings in your account), or text START (or the join code your school, club or airplane's owner gave you) to the number above. Either way you get one SMS asking you to reply YES to confirm you want text messages from AviPrep.
What you will receive
Flight scheduling SMS messages from AviPrep: replies to the scheduling requests you text (aircraft availability, bookings, blocks), booking and block confirmations, and account and schedule notices. No marketing or promotional messages.
By opting in you agree to receive the flight scheduling text messages described above from AviPrep at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with how you use the service. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.
How you opt in
Three ways, all optional and all requiring your own action. Creating an account, booking, and paying never require texting. Every method shows the consent language below before your number is saved, and every one is followed by a text asking you to reply YES.
- 1On the signup form. The mobile number field and the consent box are optional and unchecked by default; the form submits without them. Signed-in users can also add a number later under Settings → Text AviPrep.
- 2By texting a code. Flight schools, clubs and aircraft owners post their code next to our number. Texting the code starts the consent exchange; nothing is sent until you reply YES.
- 3Added by your operator. If your school or club adds your number after you ask them to, the first text asks you to reply YES. If you never reply, no further texts are sent.
The texts you receive
